2023

analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo, was held over two days from April 27 to 28, 2023 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai and set new records of visitor and exhibitor participation.

The exhibition; spread over 6,000 square meters, featured 150+ global and Indian companies interacting with 5,218 visitors which was complemented by more than 100 delegates participating in industry specific knowledge enriched seminars.

Another edition of analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo took place in Hyderabad from September 19 to 21, 2023. More than 21,491 visitors attended the trade fair in three days, which exceeded the number of visitors in 2022 by 35 percent.The exhibition also reported an increase in exhibitor numbers 366 national and international exhibitors participated.

The huge success of the event underlines the strong potential of the Indian market for laboratory technology, analytics, biotechnology and diagnostics worldwide.

With over 350 meetings in Mumbai and more than 1,500 meetings in Hyderabad, the Buyer-Seller program received an overwhelming response at both locations and once again showed the great value of this unique exchange platform.

2020

In 2020, Messe Muenchen India responded to the predicament of business networking and visitor engagement in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic with a unique online exhibition and conference platform for the exhibitors and visitors of analytica Anacon India & India Lab Expo, drink technology India, electronica India and productronica India, IFAT India, LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA, MatDispens, PackMach Asia Expo, World Tea & Coffee Expo and The Smarter-E.

analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo online brought together 68 exhibitors and 1,3957 visitors.

2019

The 13th edition of analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo, was held over two days from April 16 to 17, at Bombay Exhibition Centre and set new records of visitor and exhibitor participation.

The exhibition; spread over 3,500 square meters, featured 102 global and Indian companies interacting with 4,505 visitors which was complemented by more than 100 delegates participating in industry specific knowledge enriched seminars.

The 14th edition of analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo and Pharma Pro&Pack Expo took place in Hyderabad from September 19 to 21, 2019. More than 12,832 visitors attended the trade fair in three days, which exceeded the number of visitors in 2018 by 33 percent.

analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo Hyderabad also reported an increase in exhibitor numbers. 310 national and international exhibitors participated, including brands like Merck Life Science, Jekson Vision, Avantor Performance Materials India and GD Lab Solutions as well as IDEX India.

The huge success of the event underlines the strong potential of the Indian market for laboratory technology, analytics, biotechnology and diagnostics worldwide.

With over 375 meetings in Mumbai and more than 1,390 meetings in Hyderabad, the Buyer-Seller program received an overwhelming response at both locations and once again showed the great value of this unique exchange platform.

2018

In 2018 analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo was held on two locations within the same year. Beside the traditional date in Hyderabad in September, the event additionally took place in Mumbai from April 25–26, 2018. Mumbai itself is the financial and business capital of India and location for many pharmaceutical companies and has now become a promising colocation for the annual flagship event in Hyderabad. The debut edition in Mumbai brought together more than 82 exhibitors and gathered 3.713 trade visitors in just two days—getting an overwhelming response from the western market.

After a successful start into the new exhibition year, analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo 2018 was held in Hyderabad from September 6–8, 2018. With 9,641 visitors and 261 exhibitors, analytica Anacon India & India Lab Expo and PHARMA Pro&Pack Expo has chalked up the best-ever result in its decade-old history and surpassed all expectations. The number of visitors rose by 25 percent over the previous edition in Hyderabad. Jointly held with PHARMA Pro&Pack Expo for the second year, the synergies between the trade fairs has resulted to setting of new records.

2017

The 10th annual edition of analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo successfully concluded in Hyderabad at HITEX Exhibition Center. 259 exhibitors from 11 countries showcased products, recent developments and market trends from laboratory instruments, analysis, diagnostics and biotechnology from September 21 to 23, 2017. Spread over 10,500 square meters, the trade fair witnessed a growth in visitors as compared to the previous year, resulting to 7,714 trade visitors.

2016

For the second time analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo were held together at the same time and place. On 9,100 square meters the HITEX Exhibition Center hosted 233 exhibitors from 12 countries and welcomed about 7,042 trade visitors in three days.

A highlights this year was the Live Lab, where visitors had visual experience of lab demonstrations. In this real live laboratory, exhibitors performed live experiments for the visitors by displaying and running instruments from the food and pharma analysis area.

Also very successful were the special show on “Lab safety in the workplace” and the “Practice-oriented seminar for laboratory users”. Both not only offered valuable advice from the experts, but also exciting experiments and insights.

2015

For the first time ever analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo were held together at the same time and place. Messe Munich strengthened its portfolio of events in the future market of India by taking over India Lab Expo, one of the leading trade fairs for laboratory technology, analysis and biotechnology on the Indian subcontinent.

India Lab Expo has alternated between New Delhi and Hyderabad since 2010. Its participants include large numbers of Indian manufacturers in the laboratory-technology sector, so it will complement analytica Anacon India perfectly. The Indian spin-off of the international trade fair analytica has a very large share of international exhibitors who above all present products for the analysis sector.

analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo 2015, trade fairs on Laboratory Technology, Analysis, Biotechnology and Diagnostics, came to a successful end on October 10, 2015 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad. The two trade fairs confirmed themselves as the leading industry platform on the Indian subcontinent. They covered the whole value chain for industrial and research laboratories.

2013

analytica Anacon India was co-located with LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA and intersolar india, both a spin off event of the Munich shows. Together the shows took place in Mumbai. The show witnessed an impressive line-up of leading companies from the instrumentation industry.

Addressing the challenges as well as the opportunities in the analytical instruments industry, the seventh edition of analytica Anacon India 2013, jointly organized by Messe München and the Indian Analytical Instruments Association (IAIA), ended with 4,022 trade visitors from the industry.

The three-day event took place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon from November 12 to 14, 2013.

2011

After 7 years, the show turned back from Hyderabad to the original location in Mumbai. All in all, 182 exhibitors from Australia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan and USA participated in this year’s fair. The number of visitors at the fair increased ten percent to around 3,000 trade visitors, and the majority of them were decision-makers from the pharmaceuticals, chemicals and petrochemicals industry.

2009

Since its premiere in 2003, the analytica Anacon India show was held five times and has developed into a magnet for visitors from across India. Characterization for the show are the high internationality of exhibitors and very good visitor quality as well as the focus on growth markets, a supporting program with top class conference speakers and a high visitor and exhibitor satisfaction.

2007

The analytica Anacon India show took place for the first time in Hyderabad, the hub of the pharmaceutical industry. (October 31, to November 2). Only one year after the last edition more than 3,000 decision-makers and users, especially from Indian laboratories, came to the two halls at the modern Hitex Center to gather information about the latest equipment, applications and products in the sectors for instrumental analysis, laboratory technology and biotechnology.

The 142 exhibitors from 14 countries—an increase of nearly ten percent—gave the fair top marks for its choice of location, for the trade-fair center and for the quality of the visitors. Furthermore, the IAIA celebrated their 10th anniversary during the show and honored their loyal members.

2006

Analytica Anacon 2006 (November 16–18) reinforced its position as leading exhibition for decision-makers and users in the Indian analysis industry. For the first time ever the show took place in Bangalore. The unique feature of this year was that all the speakers were from foreign countries. In 2006 keynote speakers from around the world participated in the conference.

According to the Minister, in addition to great challenges in the environmental sector, special emphasis will be given to developing the Indian food industry, food safety, consumer protection and biotechnology over the next few years.

2004

In 2004 the show took place from November 25–27, 2004 in Mumbai again. The second edition was able to maintain and even expand upon the first event’s success. 87 exhibitors from 11 countries used the 2,000 square meters of exhibition space to present their equipment, applications and services.

2003

From January 28–31, 2003 the first International Trade Fair and Conference for Analytical Instrumentation, Biotechnology. Laboratory Technology and Services, the analytica Anacon India took place in Mumbai and closed with a successful premiere. For the first time the analytica network was extended to the Indian subcontinent. The show was jointly organized together with the Indian Analytical Instruments Association (IAIA). At Analytica-Anacon 2003, 60 exhibitors have represented their products and services. 2,500 registered trade visitors joined the show and 1,200 square meters exhibiton space were covered.
